Feeling sad ?

You are sobbing.. feeling lost and worthless.. Giving up on life.. forgetting everything but the pain
you are suffering, and the hurt you have endured, you are angry,depressed..

Stop! .. Take a deep breathe, wipe away your tears and say "im glad."

Say im glad.

For the love of mothers.
For the comforting of friends.
For the taste of rich coffee.
For the feel of soft grass.
For the chirping of birds.
For the warmth of the sun.

And if all reasons do not apply.. Say "im glad" for life.

You've been given the gift of life. God has created you for a reason. You are unique.You are beautiful, talented and smart. Life is worth living for. Dont give up when you face an obstacle.
They are there for a reason, they make you strong and build you up to who you will become.
They're called experiences. And everyone goes through them. You will love some and regret some, but you will also learn from them. You will learn not to make the same mistake twice.
You will smile, cry, and maybe punch the wall a few times. But we all make mistakes..
and whenever you feel down, remember to say that your glad. Say it out loud. Because you have alot of things to be thankful for.

Dont forget to enjoy every second of life. Go crazy !! Dance with no music on, sing at the top of
your lungs with no care for the melody, laugh so hard that you cry, eat so much that you forget where you are!
I think food is one of the main things im grateful for, who isn't! You can cook it, eat it raw, or play baseball with it. it's comforting, makes you happy and brings close people together!
Dont you think so?....
